First off I want to post a bit about a cool DVD Patricia Cramer & I co-produced which should be available for preview and purchase (physical DVD & downloadable digital version as well) within a very short while.
It’s the current state of the art of an amazing approach to self-care for your feet (and we’re not talking pedicure video here, either!) This method and technique actually addresses the fundamental skeletal structure of the the feet, as well as the muscles, tendons & ligaments and how we use them.
Basically it’s a ‘User’s Guide’ for those things at the ends of our legs called our feet.
